Episode 1: Born to Run and Peanut Butter!

DSC_0172
Clearly, we were born to run.

Yay! Laura and I spent the afternoon recording the first episode of Guinea Pigging Green, and we’re thrilled to share it with you. Go ahead and listen to it right here! The podcast is also now available on our iTunes page.

In this episode, we’re introducing the podcast and ourselves! We talk about Laura’s (amazing) headstands and my start to the running season and tell you the story about how we first bonded over a book about running – Born to Run by Christopher McDougall. We also have a lot to say about Maranatha’s No-Stir Creamy Peanut Butter, our absolute favourite. To find out just how much we love it, you’re going to have to tune in!

This first episode involved a lot of nervousness and giggles, but we’re so excited to be talking about wellness and sharing it with you. Please let us know what you think in the comments below, or tweet us @GreenGuineaPigs. ¬†Thanks for listening!

-Steph

PS. For those of you who are asking, a jar of Maranatha No-Stir peanut butter retails at about $4.99

I stumbled upon this podcast after instragramming about how I eat all natural peanut butter straight from the jar: “spoon to face and repeat”. I really enjoyed this podcast :) keep them coming!
