It’s the first day of our yoga challenge! Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, we’d love to see you practicing your poses and having fun with your yoga. Show us – what’s a pose that makes you feel empowered, strong, confident, and in charge?
Some Pose Suggestions:
- The Warrior series: the name says it all! Warriors 1 and 2 are especially good for evoking feelings of power and strength.
- Utkatasana (powerful pose)
- Natarajasana (dancer’s pose)
- Vrkasana (tree pose)
- Crescent lunge
